Happier Sleep

As my readers know, I am fighting a losing battle on getting enough sleep in general and sticking to a strict schedule due to my natural tendency towards being a night owl. I came upon a couple of interesting articles that may explain how your DNA could determine your sleeping patterns. Some people can get by on only 4 hours a night and feel just fine!
